jackie ducci: A voice for human-animal connection

Jackie Ducci is an entrepreneur, award-winning philanthropist, and nationally recognized advocate for human-animal connection.

She is the Founder of The Human-Animal Alliance (H-AA), a 501(c)(3) directly supporting programs that are changing lives, one human-animal connection at a time. Since its launch in 2022, H-AA has awarded more than $350,000 in grants to initiatives across the country that center animals as essential partners in human wellbeing.

In Spring 2026, Jackie will debut Unspoken Bond, a feature documentary she created and executive produced. The film explores the transformative power of the human-animal bond through intimate stories of individuals whose lives were changed, and in some cases saved, by animals. The documentary will premiere in Wellington, Florida, with additional screenings to follow nationwide. A companion Unspoken Bond podcast will launch alongside the film, extending its reach and impact.

Jackie’s commitment to this work is deeply personal. Horses and dogs have been central to her health, happiness, and personal development since childhood, shaping both her worldview and her life’s work. Jackie is an accomplished equestrian and a United States Dressage Federation Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalist who actively competes in both show jumping and FEI-level dressage. She is also a devoted bulldog mom, a longtime ally for bully breeds, and a proud supporter of Florida Bulldog Rescue.

Her leadership and community impact have earned recognition locally and beyond. South Florida Business and Wealth Magazine named her a 2025 Prestigious Women Award honoree in the Nonprofit Leader category. She also received the 2025 Our Wellington Award from Wellington The Magazine for her outstanding contributions to the community.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America. She is based year-round in Wellington, Florida, with her bulldogs, Ralphie and Sadie, her horses, Westley and Teddy, and her fiancé, Mark.
