Jackie Ducci is a nationally recognized philanthropist, award-winning filmmaker, podcast host, and advocate for human-animal connection.

As the Founder of The Human-Animal Alliance (H-AA), a 501(c)(3), Jackie supports programs across the country that are transforming lives through the power of the human-animal bond. Since launching the organization in 2022, H-AA has provided grant funding to initiatives nationwide that recognize animals as essential partners in healing, connection, and purpose.

Jackie expanded that mission through Unspoken Bond, the feature documentary she created and executive produced. Through intimate, real-world stories, the film explores how animals change—and in some cases save—human lives. Unspoken Bond premiered in Wellington, Florida, has since screened in communities across the state, and received the Human Animal Bond Research Institute's 2025 Human Animal Bond Innovation Award in the Media category for advancing awareness of the human-animal bond.

Building on the film's momentum, Jackie is launching the Unspoken Bond Podcast, where she continues the conversation about the depth and value of human-animal connection.  Guests include leading researchers, advocates, professionals in the field, and everyday people whose lives have been transformed by animals.

Jackie's passion for this work is deeply personal. Horses and dogs have shaped her life since childhood, influencing her health, confidence, and sense of purpose. She is an accomplished equestrian and a United States Dressage Federation Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalist who has competed in both show jumping and FEI-level dressage. She is also a devoted bulldog mom, longtime ally for bully breeds, and proud supporter of Florida Bulldog Rescue.

Her leadership and impact have earned recognition locally and nationally, including South Florida Business and Wealth Magazine's 2025 Prestigious Women Award in the Nonprofit Leader category and the 2025 Our Wellington Award from Wellington The Magazine.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America. She lives year-round in Wellington, Florida, with her bulldogs, Ralphie and Sadie, her horses, Westley and Teddy, and her fiancé, Mark.
